Director, Commercial Operations and Business Insights

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Commercial Operations and Business Insights to join our team at Page Mechanical Group, Inc. This is a key leadership role that will be responsible for driving commercial success and business growth through strategic planning, market analysis, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Commercial Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive business growth, improve market share, and increase revenue.
- Market Analysis and Insights: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions.
- Operational Excellence: Lead the development and implementation of operational processes and systems to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Team Leadership: Manage and develop a high-performing team of commercial operations professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to ensure their success.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective communication of commercial strategies and plans.
- Education: MBA or advanced degree in a related field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in commercial operations, business development, or a related field, with a proven track record of success in driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze complex data to inform business decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
