Beem Credit Union, a leading financial institution in BC, is seeking a highly skilled Supervisor, Member Services to join our team. As a key member of our Merritt Branch, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional member experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide seamless member service and support
  • Oversee branch security and ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures
  • Administer cash holdings and manage branch expenses
  • Provide coaching and guidance to team members to enhance their skills and performance
  • Participate in problem-solving and decision-making to drive business results
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Core Credit Knowledge and extensive experience in financial sales and services
  • Supervisory experience an asset
  • Comprehensive understanding of credit products and procedures
