Role Overview:

We are seeking a Supervisor of Member Services to support the Branch Manager in overseeing operations at our branch. This position involves implementing sales and service strategies that align with our organizational objectives. Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with various channels to enhance member service delivery.
  • Ensure branch security protocols are maintained, acting as the primary contact for security services.
  • Uphold adherence to corporate policies and procedures.
  • Manage compliance and audit responsibilities for the branch.
  • Oversee cash management and related administrative duties.
  • Implement and manage employee relations in accordance with organizational policies.
  • Facilitate regular coaching sessions to develop team performance.
  • Assist in managing branch expenses and budgetary considerations.
  • Engage in problem-solving initiatives to drive effective decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Fundamental knowledge of credit services.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in a financial services environment.
  • Supervisory experience is a valuable asset.
  • Comprehensive understanding of credit products and procedures.
  • Familiarity with a wide range of investment offerings.
