Supervisor, Food Services Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Services Supervisor to join our team at Starbucks Coffee Company. As a key member of our food services team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our coffee shop, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a team of 5-10 employees.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and lead a team of food services staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and a smooth operation.
- Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the coffee shop, including inventory management, scheduling, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
- Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food services or supervisory role.
