Role Overview:

We are seeking a Supervisor for Member Services to support the Branch Manager in leading our team. This position is crucial in driving sales and service strategies that align with our branch objectives. If you are an enthusiastic leader who promotes a positive team atmosphere and is dedicated to professional development, we would like to hear from you.

This full-time role is based in our branch, offering a unique opportunity to work in a vibrant community that balances a relaxed lifestyle with access to urban amenities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage actively with various channels (online, Member Service Centre, etc.) to enhance member service.
  • Oversee branch security protocols, ensuring safety and compliance with fire and security regulations.
  • Ensure adherence to corporate policies and procedures.
  • Manage branch compliance and audit responsibilities.
  • Administer cash management within the branch, including GLs, cash limits, and insurance requirements.
  • Implement employment terms and conditions, including progressive discipline as necessary.
  • Oversee daily administrative functions within the branch.
  • Provide regular coaching to team members following established coaching models.
  • Assist the Branch Manager in managing branch expenses and budgetary considerations.
  • Participate in problem-solving initiatives to support decision-making and implement effective solutions.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Core knowledge of credit products.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in a financial sales and services environment.
  • Supervisory experience is an asset.
  • Strong understanding of credit products and procedures.
  • Familiarity with a broad range of investment products.
