About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Team Lead to join our team at Dagu Rice Noodles. This is a permanent position working 40 hours per week.

Job Summary

The Administrative Team Lead will oversee the daily operations of our administrative department, ensuring seamless coordination and communication among teams. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent time management, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Seminar Coordination: Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events to promote our brand and products.
  • Budget Management: Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and mentor administrative staff to ensure they meet their job requirements and goals.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments for senior staff members and executives.
  • Data Analysis: Oversee the analysis of employee data and information to inform business decisions.
  • Report Preparation: Compile data, statistics, and other information to prepare reports for senior management.
  • Hiring Process: Recruit and hire new staff members in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Digital Database Management: Maintain and manage digital databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews to evaluate staff performance and provide constructive feedback.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluent English language skills.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include health insurance, paid vacation days, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
