Job Description

NEXA Dental seeks an experienced Administrative Team Lead to oversee office operations. This role involves reviewing administrative procedures, delegating tasks, and ensuring established protocols are followed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Procedures: Review, evaluate, and implement new administrative procedures.
  • Task Delegation: Delegate tasks effectively to office support staff.
  • Work Priorities: Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Office Services: Co-ordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, and security services.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of administrative experience.
  • Work Schedule: 35 hours per week.
  • Language: English.
