Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our team at EMCO Corporation. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow market share
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and providing solutions to meet those needs
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting and qualifying leads
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to ensure seamless customer experience
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to inform sales strategies
- Meet or exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
Requirements
- College and/or University degree
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
- Proven track record of sales success, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, while maintaining a high level of productivity and results
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software

- Experience using Infor M3 and Eclipse
