Key Responsibilities
  • Verify and process wire payment instructions in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring compliance with bank procedures and regulations.
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues related to payment formatting, errors, or inconsistencies, and participate in establishing best practices to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to process improvements and quality control initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage daily workflows, prioritize tasks, and collaborate with team members to expedite payment execution.
  • Develop and implement strategies to build a high-performance environment, foster an inclusive work culture, and promote employee growth and development.
  • Stay up-to-date with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and minimize risk.
Requirements
  • Working knowledge of bank operating and administrative processes to resolve day-to-day problems.
  • Strong understanding of payment rules and regulations governing international and domestic wire payments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and clients.
