Pae Trucks is seeking a skilled Automobile Damage Repair Estimator to join our team. As an essential member of our operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and accurate estimation of repair costs for damaged vehicles.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of automotive repair principles and be able to work effectively with various stakeholders, including insurance companies and vehicle owners. Your attention to detail and ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner will be essential in this role.

About the Role:

  • Estimate Repair Costs: You will be responsible for examining damage reports and estimating the cost of repairs to ensure that they are accurate and meet industry standards.
  • Inspect Repaired Vehicles: Regular inspections will be required to ensure that repairs have been completed to a high standard and that vehicles are safe to operate on the road.
  • Plan Repair Work: You will need to plan and coordinate repair work to ensure that it is carried out efficiently and effectively.
  • Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service is critical in this role, as you will be interacting with customers who have had their vehicles damaged.

Requirements:

  • Education: A college or CEGEP certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year is required.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a related field is necessary.
