Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Automobile Damage Repair Estimator to join our team at PAE TRUCKS. As an essential member of our repair estimation process, you will be responsible for accurately assessing damage to vehicles and estimating the cost of repairs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough inspections of damaged vehicles to identify areas requiring repair
  • Estimate repair costs based on examination reports and industry standards
  • Develop repair plans and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion
  • Ensure all documentation is complete and accurate, including inspection reports and repair estimates
  • Collaborate with customers to provide clear explanations of repair requirements and estimated costs
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A college diploma or CEGEP certificate in a relevant field, such as automotive repair or estimating
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in automobile damage repair estimating, preferably in a busy repair shop environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers
What We Offer:

In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of $$$58,000 - $72,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
