  • Gérer et suivre la documentation en lien avec le projet.
  • Assurer une communication efficace des mises à jour avec le reste de l'équipe et les parties concernées.
  • Maintenir un système de gestion documentaire tel que déterminé dans le plan d'exécution du projet.
  • Veiller à ce que le projet est conforme en matière de vérifications de documents et de spécifications de fichiers.
  • Préparer l'ordre du jour et les documents pour les réunions hebdomadaires.
  • Gouvernance et surveillance de l'état des documents.
  • Surveiller avec l'équipe de projet pour s'assurer qu'il n'y a pas de retards dans la soumission et revue des documents.
  • Fournir des rapports hebdomadaires au gestionnaire de projet sur l'état d'avancement de la revue des documents.

Qualifications et expériences requises :

  • Expérience en coordination de construction.
  • Bonne compréhension des conditions contractuelles et des aspects financiers d'un projet de construction.
  • Minimum de 3 ans d'expérience dans le domaine de la construction.
  • Diplôme technique en construction, bâtiment ou architecture.

Conditions de travail :

  • Bureaux.
