Job Title: Talent Pool Program Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Pool Program Manager to join our team at Health Standards Organization (HSO). As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving our mission to improve the quality of healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide coaching and guidance to employees on critical evaluation and performance management.
  • Oversee the team's work and progress against key dates and milestones, ensuring timely delivery of projects.
  • Identify team needs and provide appropriate support to ensure the success of our programs.
  • Work closely with Directors and/or Executive to drive the organization's performance and achieve our strategic objectives.
  • Act as a key adviser, providing guidance on complex client problems and initiatives, and assisting with handling priority issues.
  • Anticipate outcomes based on an understanding of organizational decision-making bodies and power relationships.
  • Know and respect the organization's mission, vision, and values.
  • Recommend solutions that will benefit the client and the organization.
  • Anticipate and respond to changing client needs, adding value beyond their immediate requests.
  • Effectively plan and organize one's time to meet deadlines and deliver results.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in a related field, such as Administration or Healthcare.
  • 5+ years of progressive and varied experience in client services and business development within the field of healthcare.
  • Tried and tested analytical and critical-thinking skills.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, including energy and a positive attitude, to interact daily with other team members and external partners.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with healthcare quality and accreditation standards.
  • Bilingual in French and English.
