Security Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at Fortress Security Guard Services.
Job Summary:The Security Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of security guards, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of security guards, ensuring they are aware of their duties and responsibilities.
- Conduct regular inspections of security guards and their equipment to ensure they are performing their duties to the highest standard.
- Investigate and report any incidents or security breaches to management.
- Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to ensure the safety and security of clients and their properties.
- Provide training and guidance to security guards on security procedures and protocols.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and secure experience for clients.
- 5-10 years of experience in a security-related role.
- Proven leadership and supervisory skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- CPR and First Aid certification.
- Security Guard License.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
The Security Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment, often under pressure to meet deadlines and ensure the safety and security of clients and their properties.
Physical Demands:The Security Supervisor will be required to stand for extended periods, walk, and move around the work site as needed.

7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a security-related role.
Language:English.
Work Hours:30 to 35 hours per week.
