Senior Property Tax Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Property Tax Manager to join our team at Colliers International. As a key member of our Property Tax Services group, you will be responsible for leading projects and staff to identify property tax savings opportunities for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage projects and staff to identify property tax savings opportunities for clients in a dynamic, deadline-driven work environment.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on property tax matters to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in property tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and optimal tax savings for clients.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of property tax consulting experience, or a minimum of 6 years of property tax consulting experience.
  • College or university degree in a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
