Culinary Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Culinary Operations Manager to join our team at Chettinad Dosa Palace. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced chef or kitchen manager to take charge of the culinary operations and lead our kitchen staff in delivering high-quality meals.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have a strong background in cooking and kitchen management, with experience in supervising teams and managing inventory. They will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, quality control, and staff supervision. A key aspect of this role will be maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety in the kitchen.
This is a permanent position, working 40 hours per week, and offering an estimated salary of $50,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. The language of work is English, and the job requires attention to detail, fast-paced environment, and ability to work under pressure.
Key Responsibilities- Kitchen Management: Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources and supplies.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and training to ensure they meet the required standards.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed.
- Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar kitchen management role.
- Degree or certification in a related field (e.g., hospitality, culinary arts).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Familiarity with kitchen safety protocols and regulations.
