About the Role:

Kleenway Building Maintenance Services Inc is seeking a skilled Building Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our employees and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of maintenance workers to ensure efficient and effective completion of tasks.
  • Inspect sites and facilities to identify potential hazards and implement corrective measures to prevent accidents.
  • Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates for maintenance projects.
  • Recommend and arrange for additional services as needed, such as painting, repairs, and renovations.
  • Assist maintenance workers in performing duties and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Coordinate work activities with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of inspections and complete reports as required.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting.
