Job Title: Building Maintenance Supervisor

Kleenway Building Maintenance Services Inc is seeking a highly skilled Building Maintenance Supervisor to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Building Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of workers, inspecting sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards, and preparing budget and cost estimates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of workers
  • Inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates
  • Recommend or arrange for additional services required
  • Assist cleaners in performing duties
  • Coordinate work activities with other departments
  • Maintain inspection records and complete inspection reports
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Client focus, dependability, and flexibility
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Work Environment:

The Building Maintenance Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The position requires standing for extended periods and bending, crouching, and kneeling.
