Job Title: Building Maintenance Supervisor

Kleenway Building Maintenance Services Inc is seeking a highly skilled Building Maintenance Supervisor to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to supervise and coordinate the activities of our cleaning and maintenance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and cleanliness of our facilities, as well as preparing budget and cost estimates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our cleaning and maintenance team
  • Inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates
  • Recommend or arrange for additional services required such as painting, repair work, renovations or replacement of furnishings and equipment
  • Assist cleaners in performing duties
  • Co-ordinate work activities with other departments
  • Maintain inspection records and complete inspection reports
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and bending
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a noisy and outdoors environment, with occasional exposure to odours.
