Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a support staff member at Bearded Guys Barber Shop.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our management team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Data Analysis: Oversee the analysis of employee data and information, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Document Preparation: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, maintaining a high level of quality and consistency.
  • Information Management: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, ensuring easy access to important documents.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
    • Organized and able to work under pressure.
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a dynamic team. The ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of productivity is essential.

Salary:
