  10. Client Liaison: Liaise with sales, advisory, and consultancy teams to address client inquiries and provide expert HR guidance.
  11. Client Needs Assessment: Understand client organizational needs and objectives to provide tailored HR services.
  12. Time Management: Manage time effectively to meet client needs and ensure deadlines and targets are met.
  13. Team Collaboration: Attend team meetings as required and contribute to the development of HR services.
  14. Work Recording: Record work using existing systems to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
Requirements
  1. Education: A degree in Human Resources or Business is preferred.
  2. Experience: 8+ years of experience in a similar role is required.
  3. Designation: A CHRP/CPHR/CHRL designation is required.

  1. Mandatory: A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are required.
  2. HR Expertise: Extensive knowledge of provincial employment legislation, employee relations, and HR practices is essential.
