Key Responsibilities
  1. Deliver HR Services: Provide expert HR guidance and support to clients in formal employee meetings, ensuring compliance with legal and company policies.
  2. Develop and Deliver Training: Design and deliver customized HR training programs on performance management, harassment awareness, and communication to enhance client knowledge and skills.

  4. Support Employee Transitions: Assist with employee terminations, including drafting letters, exit interviews, and providing legal guidance to ensure a smooth transition.

  6. Build Client Relationships: Establish and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted HR advisor, providing expert guidance and support.

Requirements
  1. Education: A degree in Human Resources or Business is preferred.
  2. Experience: 8+ years of experience in a similar role is required.
  3. Designation: A CHRP/CPHR/CHRL designation is required.
