Senior Human Resources Director

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at Humans of HR. As a key member of our boutique recruitment agency, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and nurturing our HR department.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in an entrepreneurial environment, fostering a culture of growth and development. You will be responsible for formulating and upholding HR policies and procedures, ensuring the Employee Handbook is current.
Key responsibilities include addressing employee queries on HR policies, benefits, and compensation matters, supervising HRIS systems, and resolving HR concerns. You will also propel employee engagement initiatives, coordinate events and activities, and develop and oversee the HR department budget.
Additionally, you will lead end-to-end recruitment efforts, collaborate with hiring managers and recruitment partners, and manage new employee orientations. You will also implement strategies for reducing employee turnover and enhancing retention, regularly assess compensation and benefit plans, and facilitate internal and external training and development programs.
Requirements include a Bachelor's degree, preferably in a business-related field, and a CPHR Designation. You should have 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, including roles in Employee Relations, Compensation and Benefits, Organizational Design, Budgeting, Talent Acquisition, and Development. A minimum of 3 years in a managerial capacity is also required.
On offer is a competitive salary that ranges between $80,000 and $120,000 base plus bonus.
