About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Kiov Incorporated McDonalds. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Food Quality and Safety
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, adhering to health and safety regulations.
    • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to optimize inventory management.
  • Staff Management
    • Hire and train food service staff, ensuring that they possess the necessary skills and qualifications for the role.
    • Establish work schedules and ensure that staff are aware of their responsibilities and expectations.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Work Experience
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment
  • Language
    • Fluent in English
Work Environment

The Food Service Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. The role involves standing for extended periods and working in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
