Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 14254856 Canada Inc. As a key member of our restaurant operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our food service staff, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food quality meets the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Co-ordinate Food Service Staff: Lead and motivate a team of food service staff to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet the needs of our customers.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure that our food service staff are adequately staffed to meet the demands of our restaurant.
- Requisition Food and Kitchen Supplies: Source and purchase food and kitchen supplies to ensure that our restaurant is well-stocked and that our menu offerings are consistently high-quality.
- Train Staff in Job Duties and Sanitation Procedures: Provide ongoing training and coaching to our food service staff to ensure that they are knowledgeable about our menu offerings, food safety procedures, and customer service standards.
- Estimate Ingredient and Supplies Required: Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure that we have sufficient ingredients and supplies to meet our menu demands.
- Prepare Budget and Cost Estimates: Develop and manage budgets to ensure that our food service operations are financially sustainable.
- Address Customer Complaints: Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints and concerns to ensure that our customers receive exceptional service.
- Maintain Records of Stock, Repairs, Sales, and Wastage: Maintain accurate records of our food service operations to ensure that we are meeting our financial and quality standards.
- Prepare and Submit Reports: Provide regular reports to management on our food service operations, including sales data, inventory levels, and customer feedback.
- Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- 7 Months to Less than 1 Year of Experience: A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service supervisory role is required.
- Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
