Job Summary

    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
    • Ensure that staff are aware of and adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Quality Control
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
    • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
    • Prepare and submit reports as required
  • Work Environment
    • Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
    • Stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as bending, crouching, and kneeling
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role
  • Language
    • Fluent in English
Working Conditions

This is a permanent full-time position, working 35 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be physically able to perform the duties of the role.
