About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Financial Services Representative. As a key contact and liaison for clients, you will play a critical role in ensuring they receive the financial education and support needed to achieve their goals.

As a Financial Services Representative, you will engage with clients to provide financial education and support, leveraging our expert leadership and resources to optimize the client experience. You will work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and develop tailored solutions to help them achieve their financial goals.

Responsibilities
  • Assist and educate clients with consumer and small business solutions and strategies
  • Leverage available resources, technologies, and processes to optimize the client experience
  • Adhere to established processes, laws, and guidelines in performing daily activities
  • Manage client interactions to ensure the best possible outcome
Requirements
  • Ambition and drive to make a positive impact in the community
  • Customer service and/or management experience
  • Ability to pass a background check and state licensing exam
  • Age 18 or older and U.S. citizenship
  • Computer with a camera
