We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Banking Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer experiences through proactive communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and provide expert advice to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and meet client expectations.
  • Continuously develop and improve skills and knowledge to stay ahead in the industry.
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 1 year of customer service experience in a financial services environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software.
