Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of CAD $51.37 - $64.19 per hour. In addition to your annual salary, you will also receive comprehensive health benefits coverage. Our benefits package includes a generous pension plan, extended health and dental coverage, and paid time off.

Job Description

As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will be responsible for providing individualized pharmacotherapy to our patients, counseling patients about their medication therapy, and working collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare providers to develop and implement therapeutic plans.

You will also be responsible for assisting in the development of drug therapy guidelines for individual disease conditions, preparing written summaries and recommendations for the Pharmacy & Therapeutics Committee, and contributing items such as case studies and articles for submission to professional journals.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Current registration as a Pharmacist with the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia
  • Completion of an accredited Hospital Pharmacy Residency Program or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
