Key Responsibilities:- Manage day-to-day pharmacy operations, including dispensing, maximizing clinical opportunities, and administering vaccinations.
- Maintain inventory within the pharmacy, ensuring compliance with Provincial and Federal regulations.
- Remain current on latest trends in the pharmacy industry, staying updated on new medications and clinical opportunities.
- Offer private consultations to patients, upholding a patient-centered care culture.
- Provide clinical services, including medication management and health screening.
- A Canadian Pharmacist license in good standing with the respective College of Pharmacists.
- Injection certification.
- Proficiency with Pharmacy Software solutions, preferably Kroll.
- Experience with Opioid Agonist Treatment (OAT) and completed mandatory training when required.
- The ability to assess, plan, and apply clinical knowledge when necessary.
- Addition training or certifications considered an asset.
- Ability to travel frequently throughout the region for 1-2 weeks at a time.
- Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
- Competitive wages ($95-$105 per hour).
