Adecco Canada is Hiring a Full-Time SAP Payroll Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented SAP Payroll Coordinator to join our client's HR team in Calgary, AB. As a key member of the finance team, you will be responsible for supervising and guiding payroll clerks in providing financial accounting and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and prepare payroll data for trend analysis, including overtime and absenteeism.
  • Liaise between departments and technology teams to gather, analyze, document, and deliver business requirements.
  • Identify and document technical requirements for integrations and develop functional data reporting for payroll and accounting purposes.
  • Supervise payroll clerks by implementing training and development plans and administering appraisals.
  • Lead and assist with year-end preparation for annual T4 reporting, CRA tax changes, and annual benefit rate updates.
Requirements:
  • Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
  • Payroll Compliance Practitioner Certification.
  • Minimum five years of payroll administration experience with at least three years of supervisory experience.
  • Must have payroll experience in SAP/SuccessFactors.
  • Excellent digital proficiency, particularly in the Microsoft Office Suite.
