Job Title: Office Support Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Support Specialist to join our team at True Color Display Printing Ltd. As an Office Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the office team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Manage office supplies, maintain inventory, and order new supplies as needed.
  • Assist with preparing and sending correspondence, reports, and other documents.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-6 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and other office software.
