Office Support Specialist

Mokx Professional services Ltd. is seeking an Office Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling appointments, answering telephone calls and relaying messages, compiling data and statistics, and maintaining office supplies and inventory.
The ideal candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role. They will be fluent in English and able to work 35 to 40 hours per week.
Key responsibilities include:
- Scheduling and confirming appointments
- Answering telephone calls and relaying messages
- Compiling data and statistics
- Maintaining office supplies and inventory
- Providing customer service
