About This Role

We are seeking an ambitious candidate to support our GTA offices with expanding and shaping the future direction of the Construction & Project Management (CPM) group.

Key Responsibilities

  1. New Business Opportunities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and clients to expand the Construction & Project Management portfolio.
  2. Contract Management, Project Oversight & Delivery: Oversee the successful initiation, planning, contract management, estimation/scheduling, execution, monitoring, and closure of construction projects (decommissioning, demolition, and remediation assignments).
  3. Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain robust quality assurance processes to ensure projects meet industry standards and client expectations.
  4. Regulatory Compliance: Stay abreast of industry regulations, codes, and standards relevant to construction and project management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Construction Management, Civil/Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
  • Seven to ten years of experience in executing decommissioning, demolition, and environmental remediation projects.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction contracts (including CCDC group of contracts), national master specifications, construction estimating/scheduling, construction processes, project management methodologies, and industry best practices.
  • A valid driver's license, insurance, and personal vehicle required.
