**Job Summary**

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in managing large-scale construction projects and be able to allocate resources effectively to meet organizational goals.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions or departments;
  • Select middle managers, directors or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions;
  • Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions;

**Requirements**

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, candidates must possess:

  • A degree from a recognized institution;
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role;
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills;

**Compensation Package**

We offer a competitive salary range of $110,000 - $140,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, as well as additional benefits including comprehensive health insurance, retirement savings plan, and generous paid time off.
