Responsibilities:

  • Possess a post-secondary degree in Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Building Engineering, or a technical diploma in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
  • Accumulate at least 10 years of experience in complex construction projects, specifically focusing on high-rise residential developments in the GTA market.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, and MS Project, as well as working knowledge of Procore or similar project management software.
  • Showcase exceptional leadership skills, including interviewing, hiring, motivating, coaching, and mentoring diverse teams.
  • Maintain a valid driver's license and demonstrate excellent time management skills, with a proven ability to meet project schedules and stay within budget.

Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 annually, depending on experience.
