Guardian Real Estate Management Inc. has an opening for a 3 month contract position for a Maintenance Co-ordinator. This position could possibly turn into a longer term.

As the point of contact for our tenants or property owners for anything maintenance related, this position is responsible for ensuring all jobs get scheduled, completed and logged as needed.

Duties of the position include; but are not limited to:
*ensuring all jobs are completed as scheduled

*being the liaison between our organisation and property owners where it relates to maintenance issues at their property

*ensuring maintenance staff is completing all necessary job specific paperwork and following up on any outstanding paperwork

*organizing and facilitating weekly meetings with the maintenance staff for updates

*dealing effectively with tenants complaints and concerns

Applicant must possess:

- **exceptional organization skills**

*professionalism

*maintenance experience is an asset but not mandatory

*working knowledge of Microsoft Office

*office experience

*reliability

*attention to detail

*ability to stay calm in stressful situations

*knowledge of the RTA and LTB an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
