**Job Description**
The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for building strong local networks that include opinion leaders and key influencers both online and offline in their respective region. This role will focus on creating and implementing marketing initiatives across Red Bull's four key pillars of the marketing mix (Student Marketing, Mainstream Marketing, Event Marketing, and Experiential Marketing).

**Responsibilities**
* Develop and implement regional marketing strategies aligned with global priorities and objectives
* Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, influencers, and partners
* Create engaging content and experiences for local audiences
* Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform marketing decisions

**Requirements**
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
* 3+ years of experience in marketing or a related field
* Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
* Excellent communication and project management skills
