Duties and Responsibilities
  • Procure new fleet assets for all Brandt entities, ensuring best price and required specifications.
  • Assist branches and manufacturing plants in maintenance, authorization, and control of fleet assets.
  • Dispose of fleet assets according to Brandt policy.
  • Manage vendor relationships with dealerships and other suppliers for best price and preferred service.
  • Monitor insurance documents and manage renewals to ensure coverage.
  • Maintain awareness of fleet-related regulatory requirements and advise operations and management of implications.
  • Administer accidents and insurance for fleet assets.
  • Manage traffic citations.
  • Distribute and control all fuel purchase cards; monitor fuel purchases for additional savings.
  • Verify billing accuracy of all fleet-related invoices.
  • Prepare purchase orders for management signatures, as needed.
