Duties and Responsibilities- Procure new fleet assets for all Brandt entities, ensuring best price and required specifications.
- Assist branches and manufacturing plants in maintenance, authorization, and control of fleet assets.
- Dispose of fleet assets according to Brandt policy.
- Manage vendor relationships with dealerships and other suppliers for best price and preferred service.
- Monitor insurance documents and manage renewals to ensure coverage.
- Maintain awareness of fleet-related regulatory requirements and advise operations and management of implications.
- Administer accidents and insurance for fleet assets.
- Manage traffic citations.
- Distribute and control all fuel purchase cards; monitor fuel purchases for additional savings.
- Verify billing accuracy of all fleet-related invoices.
- Prepare purchase orders for management signatures, as needed.
