Job Summary

We are seeking a Strategic Human Resources Professional to join our team at RELIABLE STAFFING. This is a permanent opportunity with an estimated salary range of $55,000 - $70,000 per year.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in human resources and be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. The successful applicant will be responsible for identifying current and prospective staffing requirements, preparing and posting notices and advertisements, collecting and screening applicants, and advising job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment.

This role also involves reviewing candidate inventories, contacting potential applicants to arrange interviews, recruiting graduates of colleges, universities, and other educational institutions, co-ordinating and participating in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates, notifying applicants of results of the selection process, and preparing job offers.

The Strategic Human Resources Professional will also advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures, organize staff consultation and grievance procedures, negotiate settlements of appeals and disputes, and co-ordinate the termination of employment process.

Additionally, this role involves determining eligibility to entitlements, arranging staff training, and supervising personnel clerks performing filing, typing, and record-keeping duties.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, which requires attention to detail, accurate work, and excellent oral and written communication skills. The role involves working under pressure and may require repetitive tasks.
