Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the needs of our customers and ensure that our team is adequately staffed.
  • Requisition Food and Kitchen Supplies: Order and manage the inventory of food and kitchen supplies to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the activities of our food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting our high standards for quality and customer service.
  • Train Staff: Develop and implement training programs to ensure that our staff has the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Estimate Ingredient and Supplies: Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet customer demand.
  • Hire Food Service Staff: Recruit and hire qualified food service staff to join our team.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that our food and service meet our high standards for quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to ensure that we are operating efficiently and effectively.
