Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement efficient food preparation and service procedures to meet customer demand.
  • Supervise and train food service staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service and prepare high-quality food.
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage food and supply costs to ensure profitability.
  • Ensure that all food safety and sanitation procedures are followed to maintain a clean and safe food environment.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer feedback.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Post-secondary education in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
