Job Summary:

The Food Counter Attendant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, and ensuring the efficient operation of our food service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and serving food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment by cleaning and sanitizing equipment, utensils, and work surfaces.
  • Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware, and ensure that all dishes are properly stored.
  • Replenish condiments and supplies at tables and serving areas, and restock inventory as needed.
  • Assist with food preparation, including washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables and fruit.
  • Participate in maintaining a safe and healthy work environment by following proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks to meet customer needs and deadlines.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs) and stand for long periods.
  • Reliability and team player attitude.
Work Conditions:

This is a permanent position, working 35 hours per week. The language of work is English.
