Job Summary

V.K. Cakes 'N' Bakes Inc. is seeking a skilled Food Counter Attendant to join our team. As a Food Counter Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve food to customers in a fast-paced environment
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the counter and surrounding areas
  • Restock supplies and ingredients as needed
  • Work effectively in a team environment to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Will train on the job
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends
Working Conditions

The Food Counter Attendant will work in a fast-paced environment with frequent customer interactions. The position requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 25 pounds, and repetitive tasks.

Security and Safety

The Food Counter Attendant will be required to wear a uniform and follow all company policies and procedures related to food safety and security.
