Job Title: Field Sales Executive for Engine Solutions

Company Overview:

Cummins Inc. is a leading manufacturer of diesel and natural gas engines, with a strong presence in the Canadian market.

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Field Sales Executive to join our team in Dartmouth (NS), Moncton (NB), or Fredericton (NB). As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • BUILD CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS while seeding new engines in the assigned Area of Responsibility (AOR).
  • PRIORITIZE NEW BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES and develop strategies to drive sales growth.
  • EXECUTE ACCOUNT PLANS to build customer relationships and achieve sales goals within the assigned sales territory, market segment, or channel partners.
  • DEVELOP AND STRENGTHEN CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS to understand their needs and buying processes.
  • NEGOTIATE EFFECTIVELY within company guidelines, including payment terms.
  • ASSIST WITH ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLES and maintain acceptable levels of past due accounts.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Candidates should have intermediate-level work experience in sales or a related field.
  • A college or university degree in Marketing, Sales, or a related subject is preferred.
