Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team at 4498394 Nova Scotia Limited. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing inventory, and maintaining a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, perform data entry, and assist in the display of merchandise.
  • Store Operations: Operate cash registers, supervise staff, and maintain sales records for inventory control.
  • Training and Development: Train staff on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service standards.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of retail sales experience.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
Work Environment:

Our retail environment is fast-paced and physically demanding. You will be required to stand for long periods, lift heavy loads, and work under pressure to meet sales targets.
