- Manage Sales Floor: Oversee the sales floor, ensuring a well-organized and visually appealing store environment that meets company standards.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory counts, manage stock levels, and implement strategies to minimize stockouts and overstocking.
- Customer Service: Foster a positive customer experience, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement to inform business decisions.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Work Experience: 1 to less than 7 months in a retail supervisory role
- Language: English
