About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team at 4498394 Nova Scotia Limited. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing inventory, and maintaining a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Inventory Management: Manage and maintain accurate inventory records, including ordering and re-stocking merchandise.
  • Sales Floor Operations: Operate cash registers, process transactions, and maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train sales staff, including apprentices and design team members.
  • Merchandise Preparation: Prepare merchandise for purchase, rental, or lease, and maintain sales records for inventory control.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, handling heavy loads and repetitive tasks.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail sales environment.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
