About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales General Manager to join our team at TITAN PARTS ABBOTSFORD LTD. This is a permanent position that requires a strong leader to oversee our sales operations and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Allocate Resources: Effectively manage material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
  • Establish Objectives: Set clear objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs to achieve them.
  • Represent the Organization: Represent TITAN PARTS ABBOTSFORD LTD. in negotiations or other official functions, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization.
  • Lead the Team: Select and develop middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, and create optimum working conditions to ensure their success.
  • Supervise: Directly supervise 5-10 people and provide guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance goals.
Requirements
  • Education: A college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment

This is a retail/wholesale establishment/distribution centre environment that requires a high level of energy and enthusiasm. The successful candidate will be able to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
