Job Summary

PepsiCo is seeking a highly skilled Beverages Service Technician to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our beverage equipment and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on beverage equipment, including fountain machines, coolers, and vending machines.
  • Deliver and install new equipment, as well as provide technical support to customers.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure accurate stock levels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve equipment-related issues.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to customer sites.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
