Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Service Associate to join our Private Wealth team at BMO. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional client service, support the Investment Advisors, and contribute to the overall success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional client service, responding to client inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Support the Investment Advisors with day-to-day administration, including scheduling meetings, preparing client reviews, and updating client information.
  • Coordinate marketing activities, including social media initiatives, client recognition, and event planning.
  • Process client transactions, including trades, transfers, and account maintenance.
  • Monitor client portfolios, identifying opportunities for rebalancing and notifying the Investment Advisors.
  • Administer and process documentation related to client files and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including client database and client files.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives, including mentoring and coaching junior team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Advanced knowledge of investment processes, administrative procedures, and proprietary products.
  • Knowledge of compliance practices, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality.
